Terms & Conditions
The promoter of the Win a Champion Experience (“the Competition”) is Superdry plc of Unit 60, The Runnings, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL51 9NW (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “Superdry”).
Who can enter
1. The Competition is open from 09:00 GMT 31 October 2022 until 23:59 GMT 30 November 2022 to entrants who are residents in France, Germany and the United Kingdom. All entrants must be aged 18 or over on the date of the Competition.
2. Superdry employees, their families or agents, Superdry affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the Competition may not enter.
3. We may ask you to confirm your eligibility to enter.
4. By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Competition. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions your entry will automatically be void.
How to enter
5. You will require access to the internet, email or an Instagram account to enter. It is your responsibility to ensure that your privacy settings are such that we are able to see your entry.
6. You can enter the Competition via three entry routes:
6.1. Follow @superdry on Instagram (“Social Entry Route”); or
6.2. Complete the Competition Page and sign up to Superdry’s mailing list via www.superdry.com, www.superdry.de or www.superdry.fr; (“Email Entry Route”) or
6.3. Purchase any men’s organic cotton underwear or women’s organic sleepwear (“Qualifying Item”) in a Superdry UK, France or Germany owned retail store or via www.superdry.com, www.superdry.fr or www.superdry.de Superdry owned ecommerce site and complete the Competition Page (“Purchase Entry Route”).
7. For the Email Entry Route and Purchase Entry Route follow the link to the competition entry page (the “Competition Page”) where indicated, and complete the instructions set out on the Competition Page.
8. Do not create or use additional Instagram accounts or email addresses for the sole purpose of entering this Competition as you will be disqualified. Only entries received within the times stated in clause 1 will be eligible for entry. Any entries received after this will not be entered into the Competition.
9. For the Social Entry Route there are 52 Prizes available for 52 winners. Each winner will receive one of the following Prizes:

12. Superdry reserves the right to exchange any item in the Prize for an alternative item of equivalent value.
13. The winning entries via the Social Entry Route will be chosen at random, using a tool by Woobox, from those people who have correctly entered the Competition. The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winning entries via Email Entry Route and Purchase Entry Route will be chosen at random, using a tool by our third party provider, PrizeShark Limited, from those people who have correctly entered the Competition. The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Each winner will be notified via email within 7 working days of the competition closing. Each winner will be asked to reply to the email to arrange their Prize.
16. Each winner will be required to submit their name, postal address and e-mail address to claim their Prize.
17. If a winner does not respond within 7 days following notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant to receive the Prize.
18. There are no cash alternatives: the Prizes must be accepted as offered, are non-transferable and subject to availability.
19. We reserve the right to substitute each Prize or any part of it for an alternative of equal or greater value, if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.
20. This prize is not a paid partnership or an affiliation with the other brands in this post.
Rules for entry
21. You must comply with all of the rules regarding the use of Instagram, email or qualifying purchases including but not limited to any rules relating to the entry of prize draws on Instagram.
22. You may use an Instagram account, email or purchase a qualifying item to enter.
23. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You understand and agree that, by entering the Competition, you are providing your PAGE 3
information, including personal data, to the Promoter and not to Instagram. By entering this Competition, you release Instagram from any action or claim arising out of the Competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Competition must be directed to the Promoter, not Instagram.
24. Other than the expenses set out in 9.1 and 10.1, we will not pay any expenses incurred in connection with the Competition, including acceptance and use of the Prize.
25. We may refuse to accept any entry at our absolute discretion. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third party entries will be disqualified.
26. We may alter, amend or withdraw this Competition without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
27. We do not accept responsibility for (i) network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry; (ii) any act or default of any third party supplier, which is outside of our reasonable control.
28. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Competition or by any winner’s acceptance of a Prize, or any damage to your or another person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this Competition. Nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
29. Your information will only be used for the purposes of running the Competition. Superdry and third party provider, Prizeshark Limited, will process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws.
30. This Competition, including these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with the Competition and/or these terms and conditions.
